Do you want clear communication between all spa employees?  Sometimes the best thing you can do is have a spa room closing list that everyone can see and be on the same page.  I have created this closing list that can be used universally across most spa rooms. I have broken down the clean up into 6 categories.  Starting with the first category focused on the bed and all the steps to change sheets, turn off heater, any plug ins etc. Second category is focused on stocking sheets and towels and the third category goes into stocking supplies and products.  Just a sample of how each category is broken down.  Within each category is included two blank lines of extra space to write or edit type in anything you need to add.  This PDF is perfect as a printed download with the ability to be laminated. Included is a space to add wifi password and a music code if needed.

If your spa is having issues with cleanliness and organization this may be a great added addition to retrain employees and get everyone on the same page. Once you have the download you are free to copy and laminate as many list as you need for your spa rooms.  Can be helpful to place in each spa cupboard so everyone knows the expectations.  This is fully usable and you can print in color or black and white as there are added images in case of language barriers.
